TASI/PHIDC provides assistance in the areas of planning and management of health information technology, health data analytics, program evaluation, and healthcare policy analysis.  TASI/PHIDC also serves as the data center for the Hawai‘i Health Data Center (HHDC) All-Payer Claims Database (APCD).  TASI/PHIDC’s experience includes health information systems assessments and the implementation of electronic health record (EHR) systems in Territory of Guam and Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI).  TASI/PHIDC also provides assistance to the Medicaid programs in the Guam and CNMI including support for the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program, management of the State Level Registry (SLR) data and analytics. TASI/PHIDC also serves as technical assistance and professional services partner with the Med-QUEST Division (MQD) Health Analytics Office (HAO). TASI/PHIDC serves a crucial role through the development and implementation of the Integrated Data and Analytics Platform and in the continued analytics work and data management required to support data needs across all Med-QUEST Division programs and improve and expand health informatics and analytic capabilities.
